How to measure

Waist: Measure around your natural waist (smallest part of the waist). Keep the tape measure taut.

Hips: With your feet together, measure the widest part of your hip.

Inside Leg: Measure from the top of your inside of your leg - from the bottom of your crotch seam to the bottom of the hem along the inside seam. Alternatively measure the inside leg on a pair of trousers you already own, that fits you well.

Standard Delivery – £3.95
All orders are dispatched within 7 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Next Day Delivery – £5.99
Order before 1pm for same-day dispatch (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Channel Islands.

🌍 International Delivery

We currently ship to:
Republic of Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Guernsey & Jersey

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (unless otherwise stated) and delivered within up to 14 working days from dispatch.
All orders are sent from our UK fulfilment centre.

If returning multiple items from the same order, we recommend doing so in one parcel. 

For faulty items, include a note in the parcel stating it's faulty so you won’t be charged the £3 return fee.

🔁 Return Window & Conditions

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items for a refund.

Items must be:

  • In perfect condition

  • Unworn, with original tags and packaging

  • Free from makeup, deodorant, or other marks

We do not accept returns of socks or swimwear without a hygiene label, due to hygiene reasons.

Returns may be refused if:

  • Received after 30 days without prior agreement

  • Items do not meet return criteria

  • Returned in an unsaleable condition

  • Your order number

  • A description and photos of the issue

🌍 International Returns

To return an order from outside the UK:

  1. Email info@des-vu.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will confirm acceptance and share the warehouse address

  3. Use a tracked courier or postal service of your choice

  4. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels
