HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN?

For orders placed after 1st February 2024 it will cost you £3 to return your order to us. 

This amount will be deducted from your refund when we process it so there is nothing for you to do, making it a smooth, fuss free process.

​We recommend ensuring you send back any items you have changed your mind on, in one go, as if you return items from the same order separately you will be charged £3 per return.

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

For any general enquiries or to discuss a return please contact us via email at info@des-vu.com.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2-3 working days. Any enquiries received over the weekend when our offices are closed will be responded to within 2-3 working days the following week.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

UK Standard delivery: £3.95 (Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked)

Please note the above delivery options are for orders placed by 12pm (GMT). Orders placed after  this time are processed the next working day (this does not include weekends). Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day! However on occasion it may take up to 2-3 working days for us to dispatch your order.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you would like to discuss the return of your order or request a returns label please email our customer service team at info@des-vu.com.

Please note that it may take up to 10 days for your returned item(s) to be received by us. It may take a further 5 working days for us to process your refund after receiving it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We hope you love your DÈS VU pieces as much as we do, however if you have changed your mind and wish to return your order please see more information on our returns policy below.

If you are returning an item for a refund we have a 14 day change of mind returns policy, this means that we can only accept returns if you have contacted us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same perfect condition that you received it, unworn, with the tags attached and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number when contacting us.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of socks.

We reserve the right to refuse any refunds outside of the 14 day change of mind period if we have not been contacted about it, or if on receipt of receiving your return the item is inspected, and deemed as being in an unsalable condition and/or without the original tags attached.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges due to stock limitations.  

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that does not meet your expectations.

We ask that you contact our customer service team via email at info@des-vu.com with your order number and our team will be able to assist you further with this.

Please note that it may take up to 2-3 working days to get back to you.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?

We recommend contacting Royal Mail to discuss your delivery is it hasn't arrived within 2-3 working days of us dispatching it.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We have recently launched international shipping to a few territories, please check out the details on our shipping and delivery page. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We usually begin working on dispatching your order as soon as your order has been received so we are usually unable to cancel your order, and recommend refusing the delivery and as soon as we receive your parcel back we will refund you. 

WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT WITH MY ORDER?

No. We try to be as kind to the planet as possible therefore, an order confirmation with details of your purchase will be sent to you electronically via email as soon as your order is placed.

If you haven't received this within half an hour of placing your order, please also check your junk/spam folder.
