Refund policy

📅 What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. This means you must request your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • In perfect condition

  • Unworn, with tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by your order number

We do not accept returns of socks or swimwear if the hygiene sticker has been removed, for hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

  • It falls outside the 30-day window without prior agreement

  • Items are returned in an unsaleable condition

  • Tags are missing or the item shows signs of wear


💸 How much does it cost to return?

For orders placed after 1st February 2024, a return costs £3.
This fee will be deducted from your refund automatically — no need to do anything else.

If you're returning multiple items from the same order, we recommend sending them all back in one parcel

For faulty items, please include a note in the parcel clearly stating it is faulty so that you are not charged for the return.

📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

UK Standard Delivery – £3.95
Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed before 12pm (GMT) are processed the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders after 12pm are processed the next working day.

UK Next Day Delivery – £5.99
Order before 1pm for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, but during busy periods this may take up to 2–4 working days.

Please note: Delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Channel Islands.

🔁 How do I return an item?

Returns cost £3, automatically deducted from your refund.

To avoid multiple return charges, send back all items from the same order in one go.
If you're returning a faulty item, include a note inside your parcel stating it's faulty to avoid the return charge.

🔄 Do you offer exchanges?

We’re unable to offer exchanges at this time.

❌ What do I do if my item is faulty?

We're so sorry if you've received a faulty item. Please email info@des-vu.com with your order number and photos of the fault, and our team will assist you.

⏳ How long does it take to process my return?

It may take up to 10 days for your return to arrive with us. Once received, please allow an additional 5 working days for us to process your refund.

🛒 Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing your order as soon as it’s placed, so we’re usually unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need help, contact info@des-vu.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
