Summer Sale Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the dès vu Summer Sale launching on 31st July 2026.

The Sale

• The Summer Sale is available for a limited time only and while stocks last.

• Sale prices are only valid during the promotional period and cannot be applied to orders placed before the sale begins (unless eligible for a price adjustment below).

• Selected styles may be excluded from the promotion.

• All products are subject to availability and may sell out without notice.

• Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

• Due to increased demand during the Summer Sale, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual. Our warehouse team will be working as quickly as possible to get your order on its way, and we really appreciate your patience.

• Promotional discount codes may be used alongside sale prices where applicable.

• Gift cards and dès vu gift vouchers can be used as payment on sale items.

• No further discounts apply unless otherwise stated.

• dès vu reserves the right to cancel any order where products have been incorrectly priced, stock is unavailable or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Price Adjustments

Orders placed within 7 days before the Summer Sale begins may be eligible for a price adjustment.

• Any approved price adjustment will be issued as a dès vu gift voucher.

• Orders placed more than 7 days before the sale are not eligible.

Returns

Sale items are covered by a 14-day change of mind returns policy, starting from the day your order is delivered.

• Approved change of mind returns for sale items will be refunded via a dès vu gift voucher.

• We do not offer exchanges.

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached.

• Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.

Faulty Items

If you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We'll investigate this for you as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best resolution. The email address is info@des-vu.com

• dès vu reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• By placing an order during the Summer Sale, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
