Sale items are covered by a 14-day change of mind returns policy, starting from the day your order is delivered.

• 🎁 Approved change of mind returns for sale items will be refunded via a dès vu gift voucher.
• 🔄 We do not offer exchanges.
• 👕 Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• 🚫 Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.

📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

UK Standard Delivery – £3.95

Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed before 12pm (GMT) are processed the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders after 12pm are processed the next working day.

DPD Delivery – £5.99

Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) are dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, but during busy periods this may take up to 2–4 working days.

Please note: Delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Channel Islands.

🌍 International Delivery

We currently ship to:
Republic of Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Guernsey & Jersey

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (unless otherwise stated) and delivered within up to 14 working days from dispatch.
All orders are sent from our UK fulfilment centre.

Important: You may be charged import duties or local taxes. These are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by DÈS VU.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

💰 Return Cost

Returns cost £3, which is deducted from your refund.

If returning multiple items from the same order, we recommend doing so in one parcel.

For faulty items, include a note in the parcel stating it's faulty so you won't be charged the £3 return fee.

🔁 Return Window & Conditions

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items for a refund.

Items must be:

• In perfect condition
• Unworn, with original tags and packaging
• Free from makeup, deodorant, or other marks

We do not accept returns of socks or swimwear without a hygiene label, due to hygiene reasons.

Returns may be refused if:

• Received after 30 days without prior agreement
• Items do not meet return criteria
• Returned in an unsaleable condition

❌ Faulty Items

Check your items on arrival. If anything is damaged or faulty, email info@des-vu.com with:

• Your order number
• A description and photos of the issue

🌍 International Returns

To return an order from outside the UK:

• Email info@des-vu.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will confirm acceptance and share the warehouse address.
• Use a tracked courier or postal service of your choice.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.
