📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

UK Standard Delivery – £3.95

Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed before 12pm (GMT) are processed the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders after 12pm are processed the next working day.

UK Next Day Delivery  – £5.99
Order before 1pm for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, but during busy periods this may take up to 2–4 working days.

Please note: Delivery excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Channel Islands.

🌍 International Delivery

We currently ship to:
Republic of Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Guernsey & Jersey

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days (unless otherwise stated) and delivered within up to 14 working days from dispatch.
All orders are sent from our UK fulfilment centre.

Important: You may be charged import duties or local taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility and not covered by DÈS VU.

💰 Return Cost

Returns cost £3, which is deducted from your refund.

If returning multiple items from the same order, we recommend doing so in one parcel. 

For faulty items, include a note in the parcel stating it's faulty so you won’t be charged the £3 return fee.

🔁 Return Window & Conditions

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items for a refund.

Items must be:

• In perfect condition

• Unworn, with original tags and packaging

• Free from makeup, deodorant, or other marks

We do not accept returns of socks or swimwear without a hygiene label, due to hygiene reasons.

Returns may be refused if:

• Received after 30 days without prior agreement

• Items do not meet return criteria

• Returned in an unsaleable condition

❌ Faulty Items

Check your items on arrival. If anything is damaged or faulty, email us at info@des-vu.com with:

• Your order number

• A description and photos of the issue

🌍 International Returns

To return an order from outside the UK:

1. Email info@des-vu.com with your order number and reason for return

2. Our team will confirm acceptance and share the warehouse address

3. Use a tracked courier or postal service of your choice

4. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels
