Introducing the new Black Tote Bag, now in a larger size with added zip detail. This bag is perfect for everyday use to hold anything from your books and laptop to your clothes and essentials. It is your must-have travel companion. 

Featuring our logo in the centre front and two arm straps for comfort. It has a matte black water resistant coating. 

The dimensions of the bag are 49cm along the top (width), 32cm (height) and 13cm (base).

Strap total length 70cm.

UK Standard delivery: £3.95 (Up to 5-7 working days)

All orders are dispatched on a 48 hour tracked service with Royal Mail.

International Delivery

We Ship to the following international countries:

Republic of Ireland, North America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Guernsey & Jersey.

All of our orders are shipped from our third-party fulfilment centre in the UK.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of placing your order and they will be delivered up to 14 working days after the dispatch date.

Customs, Duty & Taxes

Some orders may attract import duty and local sales taxes if they are being delivered within the European Union and internationally.

The sender (DÈS VU) is not responsible for paying these costs and it is the responsibility of the sender to pay and ensure that these costs are checked prior to placing your order. 

Reporting Faulty Products 

Please inspect your order upon receipt of it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can put it right.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order you need to email info@des-vu.com. including your order number and any photographs to highlight the issue.

Non-returnable items

We have the right to refuse returns of any orders that are not returned to us in a resalable condition, including items returned with make-up, deodorant stains etc from trying them on.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of socks.

If we receive a return of an item which is not deemed to be resalable we will post it back to the shipping address on the order.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges due to limited stock. The easiest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
